HR Audit Project Internal Overview
This HR audit is a structured review of three core people operations areas: recruitment and hiring, performance and culture, and compensation and benefits. The goal is to identify gaps, surface inefficiencies, and ensure our practices are aligned with both business objectives and employee expectations.
Scope
Recruitment & Hiring Evaluation of current hiring processes, from job posting to offer stage. This includes reviewing sourcing channels, time-to-hire metrics, interview frameworks, and candidate experience to identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Performance & Culture Assessment of how performance is managed across teams, including review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, feedback practices, and engagement indicators. Culture alignment will also be examined through survey data and attrition trends.
Compensation & Benefits Analysis of current pay structures, benchmarking against market data, and a review of benefits offerings to assess competitiveness and internal equity.
Outcome
The audit will result in a prioritized set of recommendations to strengthen hiring quality, improve employee retention, and ensure our total compensation approach.
