Yes, but only what's needed. Send a Framer invite as an editor to my email, never your password. For DNS issues I'll walk you through the registrar steps or ask for temporary delegate access. You can remove me anytime.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you early if something is outside my reach, and cancel the order so you aren't charged. If it's a Framer platform bug, I'll document it and give you the cleanest workaround plus what to send Framer support.
How fast can you start?
Most Basic orders start within an hour of your message during my working hours. Message me first with the error text or a screenshot and I'll confirm it's something I can fix before you order.
Will my live site go down while you work?
No. I work in a duplicate copy of your project, so your live site stays untouched until you approve the fix. Then I publish and check it on desktop, tablet and phone.
Does the fix come with a guarantee?
Every fix includes 7 days of free follow up on the same issue. If a Framer update breaks my fix in that window, I'll sort it at no cost. New, unrelated problems are quoted separately.
