Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
Not at all. I explain everything in simple words, so you will clearly understand what the problems are and what to do about them, even if you know nothing about security.
Is it legal to test my website?
Yes, as long as you own the website or server, or have permission to test it. Before I start, I will ask you to confirm this. I never test systems without authorization.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Just the website or server address you want me to check, and confirmation that it belongs to you. If you need deeper access for a full audit, I will tell you exactly what is required.
Will testing break or slow down my website?
No. I work carefully to avoid any disruption to your site or your visitors. Your business keeps running normally while I test.
What will I receive at the end?
A clear report with all the security issues found, how serious each one is, and simple steps to fix them. With higher packages you also get recommendations to protect your systems in the future.
