What do you need from me to start?
A clear description of the issue and your store URL. I don't need login access up front — I diagnose from what you tell me and screen recordings first. If I do need store access to fix it, I'll ask for collaborator access through Shopify's own permissions system, never your password directly.
Do I need to message you before ordering?
Yes, please do. I'll confirm honestly whether I can fix your specific issue and how long it'll take before you spend anything. This avoids wasted orders on both sides.
What if you can't fix my issue?
If I take the order and can't deliver a working fix, you get a full refund. If I already know upfront it's outside what I can safely handle, I'll tell you before you order instead of taking your money and guessing.
What's not included in this gig?
Full custom theme builds, Shopify Functions or Checkout Extensions development, and payment gateway setup. These need a larger dev scope than a fast-fix gig. Message me and I can tell you honestly if your issue falls here.
How fast will my fix be delivered?
Basic and Standard are 1-day delivery. Premium is 2 days, or 1 day with the extra fast delivery add-on. Once I've confirmed I can fix it, I move fast.
Do you offer revisions if the fix isn't quite right?
Yes, each package includes revisions. If something's still off after delivery, tell me and I'll adjust it within the scope we agreed on.
