Will I lose my SEO or data during the upgrade or migration?
I make a full backup first and work on a test copy, so your live store stays untouched until everything is checked. I also review URLs, redirects, sitemap, and robots file to protect your Google rankings.
Will my theme and modules still work after upgrading?
Not always. Some older themes and modules are not compatible with newer PrestaShop versions. I check them before starting and tell you which ones need an update or a replacement.
Which PrestaShop versions do you work with?
Send me your current version and the one you want. I upgrade older stores to the latest compatible version, and I tell you upfront if something is not possible.
How long does it take?
Safe Update takes 2 days, Upgrade and Migrate 4 days, and Full Migration and SEO 7 days. Very large stores can take longer, and I always tell you before I start.
What do you need from me to start?
Your store link, an admin login, and hosting access such as cPanel or FTP and database. I suggest creating a temporary admin account, and you can delete it after delivery.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Full Migration and SEO includes 14 days of support. For the other packages, message me if something I changed does not work and I will check it.
Can I write to you in Spanish?
Yes, I work in English and Spanish, so write to me in whichever language you prefer.
