What is your revision policy?
One revision is included in the base price of the gig. Additional revisions can be negotiated and add one day to the delivery time. The best way to reduce the need for revisions is to include clear directions when ordering, book a consultation chat, or book a live directed session.

What are 'Commercial Rights'?
Commercial Rights grant you a license to use the voice over for any non-broadcast (non-paid advertising) promo purposes, including promotional use across social platforms and company websites. This is included in the base price.
What are 'Full Broadcast Rights'?
Full Broadcast Rights will give you a license for broadcasting your paid advertisement on the internet, radio, and local TV spots. For national TV placement or large market advertisements, please message me first to discuss the rate and terms.
How many scripts are included per order?
One! If you have 3 scripts that need to be recorded you will need to place 3 separate orders or message me for a custom package. If 3 scripts will be used for paid advertising (internet, radio, tv) you will need to purchase 3 broadcast rights for all the scripts.
What is the difference between RAW and Mastered files?
- RAW files will have no effects, plug-ins, or processing on them. - Mastered files include a light EQ, Leveling, De Esser, and other plug-ins that enhance the audio.
Do you provide background music?
Yes! If you order the royalty free background music add on, please include 1-3 links to songs you like that I can reference while searching for music in my library. You can search on YouTube to find tracks you like or find videos of other commercial music you like on ispot.tv.
What character voices do you do?
Some of my character voices include adult female, female child, male child, teenager, valley girl, mom, animals, robot, grandma, standard British dialect, Southern dialect, New York dialect, singing characters, babies, dogs, and more. Message me if you have a question about your character job.
