About this gig
I build custom 24/7 AI front desks for small businesses. Each independent system is hosted separately and linked from your website. It answers approved business FAQs, captures leads and escalates questions when a person is needed. Standard adds appointment requests and booking links; Premium adds an owner dashboard and analytics.
Every build includes FAQ setup and testing, lead notifications by email and handoff rules. No automatic booking confirmation. Customer data can be exported securely; private transcripts are not automatically emailed.
This is not a Bellvanta subscription or setup. No Bellvanta code or license is included. Clients own the agreed custom deliverables, excluding pre-existing proprietary technology and third-party components. Source code and basic setup instructions are included in every tier; Premium adds detailed documentation.
Hosting, AI API usage, domain and paid third-party services are separate client-paid costs. Never send secret keys or passwords in Fiverr messages; I'll guide secure setup. Message me before ordering to agree on scope and costs. Often delivered sooner.

I'm a software engineer and founder who designs, builds, and ships real software. I built Bellvanta, a 24/7 AI front desk platform for small businesses, and WearDrip, an AI personal styling app live on the App Store.

FAQ
Is this Bellvanta?
No. This service builds you your own independent AI front desk system, custom-built to your requirements and hosted separately. Bellvanta is my separate SaaS product with its own subscription plans. Nothing here includes Bellvanta code, a Bellvanta license, or a Bellvanta subscription.
What ongoing costs will I have?
Hosting, AI API usage (billed by the AI provider to your own API key), and any paid third-party services or integrations. These are separate from the package price and paid directly by you. I will explain expected costs before we start.
Do I own the system?
Yes. You own the custom system built for you, including its source code. Excluded: pre-existing proprietary technology and third-party components, as stated in the gig description.
How do I keep my API keys safe?
Never paste secret API keys or passwords into Fiverr messages or requirement forms. I will guide you through creating your own keys and entering them directly into your hosting environment or a secure credentials handoff we agree on.
What counts as a revision vs. a new feature?
A revision adjusts something already in our agreed scope: FAQ answers, chat wording or design tweaks, or fixing something not working as specified. A new feature is anything outside the agreed scope: new capabilities, new integrations, or additional systems. New features are quoted separately.
Can the AI confirm bookings on my calendar?
Not by default. The system collects appointment requests and shares your booking link. Direct calendar booking or automatic confirmation can be scoped as a custom feature if your calendar provider supports it.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business information (services, hours, policies), your FAQs in an editable document, and your branding preferences. Do not send passwords or secret API keys through Fiverr; I will guide you through secure setup separately.
When does the 30-day bug-fix support start?
On Premium, the 30-day window starts the day I deliver the completed system. It covers bugs: things that do not work as specified in our agreed scope. It does not cover new features, content changes, or issues caused by third-party service changes. After 30 days, further work is quoted separately.
