What do you need to start?
A HOVER or EagleView report (or roof measurements), the property address, loss type, and photos if you have them. The more detail you send, the faster and more accurate the estimate.
Do I get the ESX file?
Yes. Standard and Premium include the PDF and the ESX file. Basic is PDF only. If you need to edit the estimate in your own Xactimate account, choose Standard or Premium.
Which price list do you use?
I use the Xactimate price list for your property’s zip code and the loss date you give me, so your pricing matches the local market.
Can you revise the estimate if the carrier disagrees?
Yes. Each package includes revisions. Send me the carrier’s feedback and I will update the scope and line items. I cannot guarantee what a carrier will approve.
