Yes, Fiverr's website terms and conditions of use for designers and clients clearly states, that all the work commisioned trough Fiverr platform is licensed to the client, who ordered the gig. There is no need to pay more money or make any other arrangements
Why does my delivery logo has a Fiverr's watermark on it?
The Fiverr's watermark is temporarily placed on the design during the delivery and revisions steps. Once you are completely satisfied with the delivery, you can complete the order, leave the review for the project and download the files without the watermark.
