Connect to your AI
I will optimize your google business profile for local search
Mark Graziano
About this gig
Is your Google Business Profile missing categories, services, hours or photos? I will tune it up so customers on Google Search and Maps see accurate, complete info.
What I do (remotely, through Fiverr messages):
- Choose primary and secondary categories
- Add services or menu items with short descriptions
- Rewrite your business description
- Set hours, holiday hours, attributes and booking or order links
- Optimize and upload photos you supply
- Write 10 review-reply templates you can reuse
Standard and Premium add Google Posts, FAQ answers, a website name/address/phone match check, and a citation audit (report only).
You add me as a Manager on your profile, so you keep ownership and can remove me anytime. No password sharing and no calls needed.
Not included: fake reviews, review gating, keyword stuffing in your business name, or guaranteed rankings. Google decides rankings and may review some edits.
How I work: delivery uses AI-assisted tools, and every item is checked against your requirements and customized for your business before delivery. Prefer no AI? Tell me before ordering.

Hi, I'm Mark. I have worked in digital marketing for 15+ years, including 10+ years in AI and programmatic advertising and 5+ years building AI agents. Since 2011 I have co-run a small digital marketing studio serving local and small businesses. Here I offer Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads setup, Google Business Profile tune-ups, website fix packs, one-page websites and AI FAQ chatbots. All work is remote through Fiverr messages. I use AI-assisted tools and check every deliverable against your requirements.
FAQ
Do you need my Google password?
No. You add me as a Manager in your Business Profile settings. You stay the owner and can remove me at any time.
Can you guarantee a top 3 ranking on Google Maps?
No one can honestly guarantee rankings. I make your profile complete and accurate, which is what Google asks businesses to do.
My profile is suspended or not verified. Can you help?
This gig is for verified, active profiles. Verification and reinstatement are done by Google with you as the owner, so please sort those first.
Do you write or buy reviews?
Never. I write reply templates for your real reviews. Fake or incentivized reviews break Google policy.
Do I need to provide photos?
Yes, please send your own photos (storefront, team, products, work). I resize, rename and upload them. I do not visit on site.
