Plan a clear lead intake workflow before connecting your business accounts. I design n8n configurations for capturing a request, validating fields, routing data and preparing notifications.
BASIC: 1 workflow design, up to 2 tools and 3 trigger/actions.
STANDARD: 1 multi-step design, up to 3 tools and 6 trigger/actions.
PREMIUM: 2 related designs, up to 4 tools and 10 trigger/actions, with an error-handling plan.
Deliverables: workflow diagram, JSON configuration, sample data, test scenarios and setup guide. Tool/action counts describe the design, not connected live integrations.
This is a configuration and documentation service. Deployment, account connections and live testing require a separate agreed scope and access. Hosting, subscriptions, API usage and ongoing support are excluded. AI steps are optional and quoted separately.

Is a live deployment included?
No. The listed packages cover workflow design, JSON configuration, sample data, test scenarios and instructions. Account connections, deployment and live acceptance testing need a separate agreed scope.
What has the demo actually tested?
The local Python demo checks lead validation, table storage, notification outbox and event logging on fictional data. The n8n template has not been executed inside n8n or connected to external services.
Are AI APIs and hosting included?
No. AI steps are optional and require a separate feasibility check. Hosting, subscriptions and API usage are paid by the client after agreement. ChatGPT Pro does not provide an API budget.
What counts as a tool or action?
A tool is a distinct system represented in the design. An action is one defined processing step; the trigger also counts. Limits describe a configuration blueprint, not a promise of live account integration.
What should I send before ordering?
Describe the trigger, input fields, destination, notification channel, required rules and tool versions. Send anonymised samples only. Never send passwords or API keys in the initial message.
