What happens in a typical lesson?
That depends on your needs. We can review your recent games, fix recurring mistakes, study specific openings or endgames, train tactics, or build a full improvement plan. It’s 100% tailored to you.
Do I need to prepare anything before the lesson?
If you have games you'd like me to review, please send them beforehand. If not, no worries—I’ll assess your level during the first session and take it from there.
What rating level do you coach?
I work with all levels—from absolute beginners to intermediate and advanced players. Every session is fully customized to your current level and chess goals.
What platform do you use for coaching?
I'm flexible! We can use Lichess, Chess.com, or your preferred platform for lessons and game analysis. We’ll also connect via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar) for real-time coaching.
How long is each lesson?
Each session is 60 minutes (1 hour) of focused, 1-on-1 coaching. After the session, I also provide personalized homework to help reinforce what you’ve learned.
Will I get homework or resources after the lesson?
Yes! After every session, I’ll give you custom homework, exercises, and resources to keep you improving between lessons.
How soon can we start after I book?
I usually respond within a few hours. Once we confirm a time, we can start as early as the same day or next day, depending on availability.
Do you offer ongoing coaching plans?
Yes! I offer multi-session packages for consistent progress. If you're serious about long-term improvement, I recommend booking a bundle so we can build and follow a structured training plan.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
