I'm Mark. I review and draw structural, civil, and MEP drawings for projects in high-wind, seismic, and hurricane-prone areas. I check if your load paths, connections, and framing details are strong enough for these conditions, following ASCE 7 wind and seismic rules and hurricane zone requirements.

This works well for ADU, addition, and new-build permit packages. I look for missing details that plan reviewers usually flag things like weak lateral bracing, missing hurricane ties, unclear anchorage, or MEP layouts that clash with the structural plan. If you don't have drawings yet, I can draw them from scratch based on your specs.

This is an advisory review and design service only, not a sealed submission. I work on projects anywhere in the US. Your final permit documents will still need a licensed engineer in your project's state to review and seal them.
