I already have flows. Can you rebuild or improve them?
Yes. I will audit what is live, keep what works, and rebuild what does not. This is very common and the package pricing is the same.
Do you write the email copy or do I provide it?
I write everything: subject lines, body copy, and SMS. You review and I revise until it sounds like your brand. Always check this before buying a flow gig anywhere; copy is usually not included.
Will the emails match my brand?
Yes. I pull your logo, colors, fonts, and product imagery from your store and design every email to look like you, not like a template.
Do I need a paid Klaviyo plan?
You can start on Klaviyo's free plan (up to 250 profiles). Past that, Klaviyo charges based on list size. I will tell you exactly what you need before we start.
What access do you need?
Admin access to your Klaviyo account, invited before the order starts (the requirements form walks you through it). Plus your store URL. I never need your Shopify login..
How does the SMS part work?
Each flow includes 2 SMS messages, built and timed inside the same flow. You need SMS enabled in Klaviyo (Klaviyo charges per send). If SMS is not enabled in your account, or not available in your country, I deliver both SMS messages as ready-to-activate drafts inside the
Why 4 days when other sellers deliver in 2?
Because strategy, custom copy, brand-matched design, and proper testing take longer than installing a template. Two-day flows are template jobs.
Do you work with Omnisend, Mailchimp, Shopify Email, or non-Shopify stores?
Yes. Klaviyo and Shopify are my specialty, but the strategy and copy work the same on the other platforms, and any store that connects to Klaviyo (WooCommerce, BigCommerce) works too. Message me first to confirm your setup.
What happens after delivery?
Flows are live and working. You also get a handover note explaining what each flow does and how to read the results. If you want ongoing management, see my monthly gig.
What does unlimited revisions actually cover?
Any change to the delivered emails and SMS: copy, design, images, subject lines, timing, and offers, revised until you are happy. It does not cover adding new flows or new emails beyond your package; those are gig extras. Revisions are for the work you b
