I will build a makecom lead generation automation pipeline

About this gig
I build end-to-end lead generation automation pipelines using Make.com the kind that take a cold lead list and turn it into a working outreach-to-booked-meeting system without manual work.
I currently run two live pipelines: one pulls leads from Apollo.io, sends personalized first-touch emails via Outlook or Gmail, tracks every reply in Google Sheets, triggers automatic follow-ups based on response status, and routes interested leads straight to a Cal.com booking link.
The second does the same for a different audience and outreach channel.
What you get is a clean, documented automation built around your existing tools whether that's Gmail or Outlook, a CRM or Google Sheet, and your preferred scheduling platform.
I'll send you a short Loom walkthrough once it's live so you understand exactly how it works.

FAQ
Do I need a Make.com account?
Yes, you'll need an active Make.com account. The free plan works for basic builds, but I'll advise you on the right plan for your pipeline during our scoping call.
What tools do I need to have ready?
At minimum — a lead source (Apollo.io, a spreadsheet, or a form), an email account (Gmail or Outlook), and a place to track results (Google Sheets works perfectly). I'll build around whatever you already have.
Can you build this for my specific industry or niche?
Yes. The pipeline logic is adaptable — I've built for B2B compliance advisory and e-commerce audiences. As long as you have a defined target and an outreach channel, I can build around it.
Will I be able to manage the automation myself after delivery?
Absolutely. Every delivery includes a Loom walkthrough so you can understand, monitor, and make basic adjustments yourself without needing to come back to me.
What if I need changes after delivery?
One round of revisions is included in all packages. Anything beyond that can be handled as a small add-on — we'll agree on scope before I start any extra work.
