FAQ
What information do you need to start my logo?
I’ll need your business name, tagline (if any), a brief description of your business, your target audience, and any style or color preferences. If you have reference logos you like, you can share those too.
Will I get vector/source files?
Yes! All packages include high-resolution files. Vector/source files (AI/EPS/PDF) are included as per the selected package, so your logo can be scaled for print and professional use.
How many revisions do you offer?
Revisions are included based on your package. Revisions apply to the selected concept and cover design refinements. A complete redesign or new concept may require an extra.
Can you design for social media and print?
Yes. Your logo will be designed to work across websites, social media, and print. Social media and stationery kits are included in higher packages or available as extras.
What if I’m not sure about my logo style?
No problem! I’ll guide you with questions and suggestions based on your business, industry, and goals to help define a style that fits your brand.
Who owns the rights to the final logo?
Once the order is completed and marked delivered, you will receive full rights to use your final logo for your business, marketing, and branding purposes.
What if I’m not fully satisfied with the design?
Your satisfaction is important to me. I’ll work with you through revisions to refine the concept and make sure the final logo meets your expectations.
