What do I need to provide to get started?
Just share your brand details — your business name, colors (if you have them), any fonts you use, your target audience, and examples of styles you like. If you're starting from scratch, don't worry, I'll guide you through the process with a short questionnaire after you place your order.
Will I be able to edit the design myself after delivery?
Absolutely. Every design is delivered as a fully editable Canva file shared directly to your Canva account. No special software needed. You can change text, colors, images, and more; anytime you want.
What if I already have a Canva design but want it improved?
That's exactly what my Redesign service covers. Share your existing Canva file and tell me what you want improved, layout, branding, clarity, or a complete overhaul. I'll make it look the way it should have from the start.
How many revision rounds are included?
Basic orders include 1 revision, Standard includes 3, and Premium includes unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied. I take feedback seriously and work until the design is exactly right for your brand.
Do you provide the design in formats other than Canva?
Yes. Along with the editable Canva file, I deliver your design as a high-resolution PDF and PNG (or JPG where applicable). If you need specific formats for print or web, let me know in your order and I'll accommodate.
