No, and anyone who says yes is lying to you. I optimize for ranking potential and conversion; Amazon's algorithm has too many moving parts (price, reviews, fulfillment, seasonality) for anyone to guarantee a position. What I guarantee is a listing built on real keyword data instead of guesswork.
What if my listing is suppressed can you fix that
Sometimes, yes if it's a content or compliance issue. But suppression can also stem from things outside listing copy (pricing violations, IP complaints, restricted claims). Send me your ASIN and the suppression reason first I'll tell you honestly if this is something copy can fix
