Project proposals are important for IT projects and play an important role while expressing interest in RFPs or Tenders. And that's why a strong technical response presented as a proposal will help you to stand ahead of the crowd. 

I write responses to Sources Sought Notices, Solicited Proposals to RFPs, and prepare Expression of Interest (EOI) in case of pre-solicitation. If required, I can handle writing capability statements too.

Main elements that a project proposal shall contain - 

• Clients info
• Clients problem
• Your solution that addresses the clients problem
• Proposed budget and timeline
• Why youre the best choice for the project

Before you begin, make sure you have estimated

• the budget
• time
• desire to move forward

As a rule of thumb, if you dont know these details, youre not ready for a proposal yet.
