About this gig
Im mechanical engineer with 10+ years of experience in product development and mould design for plastic parts. I have hands on experience in mould making and plastic injection moulding industry. A proper design of injection mould is required to achieve less cycle time and extended lifetime of mould. I can provide injection mould designs or blow mould designs with technical drawings for manufacturing.
i will provide proper development of
- Advance parting line selection and core/cavity
- Injection runner system and gating
- Ejectors
- Venting
- Cooling
- Standard parts as required from HASCO, meusburger, LKM etc
You will get:
- Complete 3D model of the injection mould and parts
- 3D part files for each part
- Mould assembly drawing
- Continuous support until mould design is manufactured and commercialized
Extra:
- Manufacturing drawings for each plate
- CNC g code files
- Electrode extraction
As injection mould design responsibility is long term, i will provide free service after completing the gig for trouble shooting.
CNC programming and gcode files can be provide as individual service if you already have the 3D design of parts and mould. Message me for details.

We would be like you provide : 1.3D part Data （solid with prt/step/stp/model/x_t/SLIDPRT),2D Data with tolerance; 2.Product material and Shrinkage ; 3.Tooling standard (inejction machine information/Production quantity) if you have
what will we provide to you?
1.we will provide DFM report proposal with Part Analysis :demould angle ,filling flow,Wall Thickness,Part warpage etc; 2.We will provide 3D&2D Tooling Design; 3.We will provide Moldflow;
how much payment for one complete Tooling Design?
It would be cost $380 at least to design complete Tooling .
How long time will finish one complete Plastic Tooling design(3D&2D)?
It would be take about 9 days for complete Plastic Tooling Design ,Delivery Time will be Postpone if you have different Revise part design.
Can you make moldflow with the correct molds and how much cost it would be take?
Yes,you need provide to us: 1.Part layout 3D drawing( or Plastic Tooling 3D drawing with Part and Cooling system); 2.Plastic material; 3.Cooling system with x _t format and gate. 4.It would be cost $180.
