FAQ
Which booking plugins or systems do you use?
I choose the right tool for your business, such as Amelia, Bookly, WooCommerce Bookings, or LatePoint. I'll recommend the best fit for your services, staff, and budget before I start.
Can clients pay online when they book?
Yes. I can connect Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce so clients pay a deposit or the full amount at booking. Payment setup is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
Do you build websites for clinics, salons, and barbershops?
Yes. I build booking websites for clinics, doctors, healthcare providers, barbershops, beauty salons, hotels, travel agencies, and taxi services, with the right booking flow for each.
Can you build a directory or listing website?
Yes. I can build a directory website with searchable listings, categories, and submission forms. Message me first so I can confirm the scope and quote any custom features.
Will my booking website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every package is mobile optimized, so clients can browse your services and book from any device.
Will clients get automatic reminders and confirmations?
Yes. I set up confirmation and reminder emails, with SMS available through supported plugins. Reminders cut no-shows and keep your calendar full.
Do you provide the domain and hosting?
No. You'll need your own domain and WordPress hosting. I'm happy to recommend reliable hosting, and I can install WordPress for you if it isn't set up yet.
Can I manage bookings myself after delivery?
Yes. You can add, edit, and cancel bookings from your WordPress dashboard. I also share a short guide so you can run the system on your own.
Will my website be SEO-ready?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include on-page SEO setup: titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, and fast-loading pages. This helps local clients find your business.
Can you redesign or fix my existing WordPress booking website?
Yes. I can improve the layout, fix booking errors, or move your site to a better booking system. Send me your link before ordering and I'll confirm the scope.
