I build an automated pipeline that reads your supplier invoices, receipts and credit notes - PDFs, scans, or phone photos - and writes every field into Google Sheets or Excel. Documents in, clean spreadsheet out.

FAQ
Are the AI and hosting costs included in the price?
No. My price covers building and setting up the system. Running it costs about 5 cents per 100 pages in AI usage, plus cloud hosting that is usually free at normal volumes. Both run on your own accounts so you pay providers directly and see every cent. Most clients spend under 5 dollars a month.
How accurate is it?
On clean PDF invoices, typically 95 to 99 percent at field level. On phone photos and poor scans, lower. Rather than promise a number, I measure accuracy against your own documents and show you the result. Anything uncertain is flagged for review, never guessed.
Can I use a model that is not Chinese or American?
Yes. The default is DeepSeek because it is cheapest, but the system is provider agnostic. If your policy rules out China or the US, I can switch to a European provider such as Mistral, or EU hosted infrastructure. Running costs go up roughly 2 to 6 times. Tell me before ordering.
Is my data safe and GDPR compliant?
Documents are processed on your own cloud account and go only to the AI provider you choose. Nothing is stored on my systems. I can supply a data processing agreement and configure the provider so your documents are not retained or used for training.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
Every document gets confidence scores and automatic checks: totals reconciliation, line sums, date ordering, VAT number format. Anything failing a check lands in a Review Queue tab. You check a handful of documents instead of typing hundreds.
Which file types and languages do you support?
PDF both native and scanned, JPG, PNG, TIFF, WEBP and ZIP archives. Layouts in English, Lithuanian, German, Polish, Dutch and French work today. Other languages can be added.
What if I have more than 150 documents?
The Basic package covers 150 documents. Beyond that, order Standard for up to 1000 per month, or message me for a custom offer. I would rather quote accurately upfront than surprise you mid order.
