FAQ
What's the difference between A2P 10DLC and toll-free verification?
A2P 10DLC covers standard local numbers for SMS through carriers, while toll-free verification is a separate process through Twilio for toll-free numbers. I handle both depending on which your business uses.
Do I need an existing Twilio account connected to GoHighLevel?
Not necessarily, if you don't have one set up yet, I can guide you through connecting it as part of the setup.
Can you fix a rejected A2P or toll-free verification?
Yes, I review the rejection reason and resubmit with corrections. This is common and usually fixable without starting over.
How long does approval take?
A2P 10DLC typically takes 5–7 business days; toll-free verification can take longer, sometimes up to 2 weeks, since it depends on carrier and Twilio review timelines outside my control.
What does the AI agent do?
It's configured to handle lead responses, qualify inquiries, or book appointments automatically based on your business needs — scope is confirmed with you before setup.
Will I need to give you account access?
Yes, temporary collaborator access to your GHL and Twilio accounts is required. You can revoke it once delivery is complete.
Do you write the website copy?
Basic uses your provided content. Standard/Premium include light copy adjustments; full copywriting is a separate add-on.
What business information do you need for registration?
Legal business name, EIN, business address, and website URL — carriers require accurate business details to approve campaigns.
Can I upgrade my package after ordering?
Yes, message me and I'll scope the difference and adjust the order accordingly.
What happens if my industry is high-risk (e.g., finance, real estate)?
High-risk categories often face stricter carrier review. I'll flag this upfront if it applies to you, since it can affect approval time and required documentation.
