How do I send you my parts?
Depending on the part needing scanning, you will need to prepare the package per the recommended shipping service in a box (most common). I will send you a shipping label that you will need to print and secure to the package. Then just send out the package.
When will I receive my scanned model?
You will receive your model 24-48 hours after I receive the package.
Will I get my part back?
It's up to you. If you need your part back because you don't have another, I can ship it back after you pay for shipping.
How small can my parts be?
Generally anything smaller than a quarter will be difficult to scan. Please ensure that the part you need scanned is larger than a quarter in length, width, or height.
How large of a part can be scanned?
I can scan an item as large as a car, but something such as vehicle will need extra time.
