Can you design the case around my KiCad or Altium PCB?
A: Yes, for mechanical enclosure design, provided you supply a board outline, dimensioned drawing, 3D board model or accurate component dimensions. PCB layout itself is a separate service.
Can you include screw holes and mounting bosses?
A: Yes. Please provide the fastener type, dimensions, mounting locations and any required clearances.
Can you make the enclosure 3D-printable?
A: I can prepare the geometry for your specified printing method, but material choice, printer capability and final fit should be verified with a physical prototype.
Can you design a waterproof or heat-resistant case?
A: I can model specified sealing and ventilation features. Waterproofing, thermal performance and material suitability need testing and are not guaranteed by the CAD model alone.
Do you design the PCB too?
A: This gig focuses on mechanical housing design. PCB layout, circuit design, firmware and electronic validation must be agreed as separate services.
