What do you need to start?
Please provide your device dimensions, sketches or reference images, plus PCB or component files if available. I'll confirm any missing details before beginning.
Can you design around my PCB?
Yes. Provide the PCB dimensions, component heights, connector positions and mounting-hole locations. A 3D PCB model is helpful if available.
Can you design CCTV and outdoor enclosures?
Yes. I can model camera housings and outdoor device enclosures around your supplied requirements. Actual weather resistance depends on materials, seals, manufacturing and physical testing.
Will the enclosure be ready for 3D printing?
I can prepare the agreed CAD model for 3D-printing workflows. Print orientation, tolerances, material choice and physical fit should be reviewed for the intended printer and use.
Can you design snap fits, screw bosses and cable openings?
Yes, where the package scope and available component information support them. Please identify the required features before ordering.
Which files will I receive?
The agreed formats may include STEP, STL and a native CAD file where included in your package. Technical drawings and renders depend on your selected package.
Does this include physical prototyping or testing?
No, not by default. The service covers the agreed digital design deliverables. Physical prototyping, fit testing, environmental testing and certification are separate.
Can you modify an existing enclosure?
Yes. Send the existing model and explain the changes required. Extensive redesign or reconstruction may require a custom offer.
Can you prepare the design for injection molding?
I can incorporate agreed molding considerations where they fall within my capabilities and the project scope. Tooling design, mold-flow analysis and production validation are not automatically included.
