You provide the following :

• A description of the Prop/item you need
• Any concept art or reference images you have for the game items
• Any other technical requirements for the models (polygon count, texture size, color palette, etc... )

You get the following :

• The game-ready model of the item/s you need in any format you want + the source *BLEND file
• The textures for all the models
