Why are my emails landing in spam?
Emails land in spam primarily due to missing or misconfigured domain authentication records (like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC), poor sender reputation, or low recipient engagement.
How long does it take for the DNS changes to take effect?
I will configure everything within the delivery time (usually a few hours). However, please note that global DNS propagation can sometimes take up to 24-48 hours, though it is usually much faster.
Is this a one-time service?
No. This is a monthly monitoring and protection service.
Will this guarantee my emails always go to the inbox?
This setup guarantees a perfect 10/10 technical authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), which is mandatory to reach the inbox. However, deliverability also depends on your domain reputation and the content of your emails.
Do I need to share my passwords with you?
Yes, access to your DNS or email admin panel is required to configure the records correctly. If you prefer not to share main passwords, you can provide temporary delegate access (like GoDaddy/Cloudflare Delegate) or a temporary admin account. Your security is guaranteed
