FAQ
Will my emails really land in the Inbox instead of Spam?
Absolutely. The secret isn't just the server; it's the DNS Authentication. I will configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to give your server a high reputation score. If your IP is clean, you’ll see a 10/10 score on Mail-tester, ensuring your emails reach your customers’ primary inboxes.
Is there a limit to how many email accounts I can create?
No limits! Unlike Google Workspace or Outlook, where you pay per user, with this Mailcow setup, you can create 10, 100, or even 1000 mailboxes at no extra cost. Your only limit is the storage and RAM of your VPS.
Can I sync my emails, contacts, and calendars with my phone?
Yes! Mailcow comes with ActiveSync support. This means you can sync everything perfectly with your iPhone, Android, or desktop apps like Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird—just like you would with a premium cloud provider.
