About this Gig
Meetings can create a lot of conversation, but not always a clear plan.
I will turn your meeting notes, transcript, recording, or rough recap into clean, organized meeting minutes with key points, decisions, action items, and next steps clearly lined out.
This is great for business meetings, team check ins, client calls, coaching calls, project planning sessions, trainings, and committee meetings. For recurring meetings, message me for exclusive offers.
Depending on your package, I can create:
-Clean meeting minutes
-Key discussion summaries
-Action items
-Action plans
-Follow up questions
-Checklists
-Next meeting discussion points
-Blocker or issue summaries
-SOPs
-Training documents
My goal is to make your meeting easier to understand after it ends. Instead of digging through messy notes or a long transcript, you'll have a clear documents showing what was discussed, what was decided, who needs to do what, and what should happen next.
Please send your meeting notes, transcript, recording, or summary. If you have preferred formatting, tone, sections, or delivery style, just let me know!

FAQ
What do I need to send you?
You can send meeting notes, a transcript, a recording, bullet points, a rough recap, or any existing document you want cleaned up. The clearer the source material is, the more accurate and useful the final minutes will be.
Can you work from a recording?
Of course! As long as the audio is clear enough to understand. If the audio is difficult to hear, has heavy background noise, or multiple people talking over each other, some details may be limited.
What is included in meeting minutes?
That would depend on your package. Minutes may include key discussion points, decisions made, action items, owners, deadlines if provided, next steps, follow up questions, checklists, and next meeting discussion points.
Can you turn the meeting into an SOP or checklist?
It depends on the package, add-ons, or conversations we've had. If the meeting includes a repeatable process, I can help turn it into a checklist, SOP guide, or training document.
Can you attend meetings live?
Live meeting attendance may be available by custom offer depending on scheduling, meeting length, and project needs. Please message me before ordering if you're in need of this service.
Can this be a recurring service?
Absolutely! If you need meeting minutes on a recurring basis, such as weekly, twice monthly, or monthly, let me know and I'll help you select a subscription package. There are additional features available for recurring minutes, as well.
Can you recommend next steps or solutions?
For premium orders or orders with special requests agreed upon prior, I can identify issues, blockers, repeated concerns, and possible next steps based on what was discussed in the meeting. I do not provide legal, financial, HR, medical, or compliance advice.
Can you format the final document a certain way?
Absolutely! I can format the final document as clean minutes, an action plan, a checklist, an SOP, or a training recap. I have additional options available if these aren't what you're looking for. You can also request that the final document be delivered in Word, Google Docs, PDF, or other format.
Will you keep my information private?
Absolutely. Once our transaction is complete, all information you've disclosed to me is removed from my devices unless otherwise agreed upon. If you'd like to anonymize the material prior, you're more than welcome to.
How do I know you're the right fit?
In a previous role, I created a meeting minutes position for myself, built training packets for 3 departments, and regularly condensed long phone calls into short, useful notes. I'm also a board game expert, so I'm used to explaining complicated systems in layman terms.
