Do I need to already have a PriceLabs account?
No. If you don't have one yet, I'll help you set it up from scratch and connect it to your Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com listing. If you already have an account, I'll work within it and adjust your existing setup.
Will this actually increase my bookings and revenue?
Dynamic pricing won't guarantee bookings on its own, since factors like your listing quality, photos, and reviews also matter. What I can guarantee is a pricing strategy built on real market data instead of guesswork, which is what drives most of the improvement hosts see in occupancy and ADR.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Your PriceLabs login (or willingness to create one), the listing URL(s), your current base price if you have one, and any specific goals like occupancy targets, minimum stay rules, or upcoming events you want priced around.
Can you manage pricing for multiple properties?
Yes. The Standard package covers up to 3 listings and Premium covers up to 10. If you're managing more than that, message me before ordering and I'll quote a custom package.
Do you offer ongoing pricing management after the initial setup?
The core packages cover setup and strategy. If you want ongoing rate monitoring and adjustments beyond the initial delivery, let me know and we can arrange that as a separate recurring service.
