About this gig
Is your Trainerize or Everfit account messy, incomplete, or eating up hours you don't have?
I've spent over a year inside Trainerize and Everfit building coaching platforms for 20+ coaches full builds, 300+ exercise libraries, 24-week programs, and Trainerize-to-Everfit migrations.
Whether you coach on Trainerize, Everfit, CoachRX, HubFit, or PTDistinction , I'll be you virtual assistant and I'll turn your setup into something clean, branded, and client-ready.
Here's what coaches usually bring me, and what I fix:
- Messy setup clean, professional structure
- Scattered workouts templates and programs organized
- No branding branded dashboard clients enjoy
- Manual check-ins Autoflow, habit tracking, reminders
- No nutrition system nutrition and goal tracking
- Disconnected tools website, forms, payment integration
I've built full Trainerize coach dashboards, Everfit app libraries with exercise tagging, and smooth cross-platform migrations for coaches running 6-week programs up to 90-day builders.
Most builds are delivered within 5-7 days, with unlimited revisions until it's fully client-ready check my portfolio for real examples.
Send me a message and let's get to work!!
