Set Up:

• Attach your bank account first to the QuickBooks Online so there is no loop hole in where the money is coming from and where is it going. (It will also help to your accounts reconciled at any given moment)
• Create an easy chart of accounts (COA) while discussing your business model and how you intend to operate your business. (Deciding Expenses, Income, and COGS accounts)
• Create you an import template that will help you import bulk invoices, expenses, and journal entries in one go (Trust me, you'll thank me for this later)
• Train you on how to fetch important reports, customize them, and convert reports to excel format and analyze, etc.
• Clean up any messed up accounts retrospectively and Pass adjusting entries to fix balance sheet balance.
