Fix work varies significantly by site. A video scoping call ensures I understand your priorities, you understand the process, and we both agree on scope before anything is touched.
What if my issues take fewer hours than my tier?
You'll only be billed for hours actually worked. Remaining hours can be applied to additional fixes within the same engagement.
Do I need an audit first?
If you don't have a recent audit, yes, add it to your order. Fix work is significantly more effective when we know the full picture first.
Do you need access to Google Search Console
Yes, Google Search Console indexing and sitemap submission will be used during the fix to ensure your site is technically sound. Please add it to your order if you don't have access to share.
What if new issues come up during the fix?
I'll flag them and get your approval before expanding the scope. You're always in control of the hours.
Do you work on sites other than WordPress?
