Trademark Application Assistance (Philippines)

I will assist you in preparing and filing a Philippine trademark application. The Certificate of Registration is typically issued within 6 months from the date of filing.

Professional Fees

My fee covers only the filing of the application. If the application required further handling like response to IPO there will be an additional fee of $60.00 (minimum) to $150.00 (maximum).

Official Fees

The service does not include payment of official fees. I will forward to you the Statement of Account (SOA) and payment link, which you may settle directly via credit/debit card.

Optional Payment Handling

If you wish for me to pay the official fees on your behalf, the following charges will apply:

USD 80 per class to cover official filing fees.

For example:

One class application USD 80 (on top of professional fees).

Two classes application USD 160 (on top of professional fees).
