Hi! I'm Masahiro, a Japan-based Japanese personal assistant with 4 years of experience living in the UK. Having lived abroad, I understand how difficult it can be to navigate Japan from overseas, and I'm here to help.

I help international customers with things that can be difficult to do from overseas, such as Japanese website research, product purchasing, restaurant reservations, local inquiries, and custom Japan travel planning.

For example, I can help you find and purchase specific Pokémon cards in Akihabara, check product availability at Japanese stores, or contact Japanese Restaurants, Shops and other local services on your behalf.

Im also a big F1 fan, so I can help you plan your trip to the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka!

I can communicate with you in English and handle local tasks in Japanese when needed.
