What do you need from me to start the project?
Please provide your available sketch, PDF, image, DWG, measurements or other reference drawings, along with your required room layout and design requirements. The clearer the information, the more accurately I can develop the design.
Can you create a floor plan from a hand-drawn sketch?
Yes. I can develop a professional 2D floor plan from a clear hand-drawn sketch or image, PDF, existing drawing or measurements. Please make sure the available dimensions and requirements are as clear as possible.
Do you provide editable AutoCAD DWG files?
Yes. Editable DWG is included with the Basic package and can also be provided with the higher packages. Other output formats such as PDF, JPG and PNG are also available.
Do you provide 3D floor plan design?
Yes. Furnished 3D floor plan design is included in the Standard and Premium packages. The 3D plan can show furniture, materials, textures, basic lighting and the overall space arrangement.
Can you design the exterior of my house?
Yes. Exterior 3D design is included in the Premium package, which includes 2 rendered exterior views. Additional views can be purchased separately or included through a custom offer.
Do you provide interior design?
Yes. I can work on larger residential and multi-storey building projects. Large, multi-storey, commercial or highly detailed projects are handled through a custom offer so that the scope, price and delivery time can be properly determined.
How many revisions are included?
The number of minor revisions depends on the selected package. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2 revisions and Premium includes 3 revisions. Minor changes are covered; major redesigns or substantial changes to the approved design may require a new custom offer.
Can you work from an existing floor plan or drawing?
