I'll configure your MikroTik router from scratch or fix an

FAQ
I don't have a public IP. Can you still configure my router?
Absolutely. You can share your screen via AnyDesk or TeamViewer, or I can prepare a tested .rsc config file that you simply import through WinBox. No public IP needed.
Which RouterOS versions do you support?
RouterOS 6.x and 7.x on all MikroTik hardware: hAP, hEX, RB series, CCR, and CHR. I always recommend the latest stable version for security and feature support.
Will my internet be down during configuration?
Depends on the scope. Simple changes are applied without downtime. For full reconfiguration, expect 5-30 minutes of downtime, which we schedule at a time that works for you.
Do you test configurations before applying them?
Yes, always. For complex setups I use a GNS3 lab with a virtual MikroTik CHR running the same RouterOS version as yours. Every configuration is validated before touching your production router.
What if something goes wrong during setup?
I always take a backup of your current configuration before any changes. If anything breaks, I roll back immediately at no extra cost. That's what "Revisions" in your package are for.
Can you also work with Cisco, OpenWRT, or pfSense?
This gig is MikroTik-only. I do have Cisco experience — if you need Cisco or other platforms, message me and we can discuss a custom offer.
Do you provide support after the order is delivered?
Revisions are included during the order. For ongoing support after delivery, you can add the Extended Support extra to your order, or contact me for a custom monthly offer.
