Do I need to share my Wix password?
No. Invite me as a collaborator on your Wix site and remove my access when the job is done. Never send passwords in messages.
Can you fix Velo code errors?
Yes: page code, backend web modules, CMS collections, forms and dynamic pages. If I can't find the cause, I'll tell you plainly rather than leave you waiting.
Can you fix checkout or payment problems?
Yes, for Wix eCommerce cart, checkout and payment-setup errors, including Stripe or PayPal errors where the cause is in your site settings or code.
Do you work on Wix Studio and the classic editor?
Yes, both. Mobile and tablet glitches are fixed per breakpoint, and I leave your desktop design alone unless you ask.
What if my bug isn't covered by a package?

Can you redesign my site?

How long does a fix take?
Basic takes up to 2 days, Standard up to 4 and Premium up to 7. Message me if your site is down and I'll tell you honestly what is possible.
What happens after delivery?
I test on desktop and mobile and send a short note on what changed. If the same bug returns within your order's revisions, I'll fix it again.
