Do I need an existing Wix website?
It helps but is not required. If you are starting from scratch, send your service list and I will scope a lightweight booking page alongside the setup, or quote a full site separately.
Why does my calendar keep double-booking?
Wix Bookings watches one external calendar per staff member. If someone runs a personal Gmail and a work Outlook, only the connected one blocks their time. I merge both into one availability feed.
Can customers pay when they book?
Yes, through Stripe, PayPal or Wix Payments, whichever you already use. You keep your own processor account and I handle the connection and the test transaction.
My confirmation emails are not sending. Can you fix that?
Yes. It is usually a notification setting, an automation that was never switched on, or a sender-domain problem. I diagnose it, correct it, and test a real booking end to end.
Will the booking page work on phones?
Yes. Every delivery is tested on iPhone and Android. Most booking traffic on service sites is mobile, so the mobile flow is checked before anything is handed over.
Can you set up recurring classes or packages?
Yes. Single appointments, recurring classes and multi-session course packages are all supported. Classes and packages are included from the Standard tier up.
Can you fix my existing setup instead of rebuilding it?
Usually yes. The common causes are the wrong service type, a timezone mismatch or the single-calendar limit. Send your site URL and I will audit it before we agree scope.
How do you access my site? Is it safe?
I ask to be added as a site contributor with editor access. I never need your Wix login, and you can remove my access the moment the project is delivered.
Do I need a paid Wix plan?
For a custom domain and for taking payments, yes, Wix Premium is required. A basic booking display can run on the free plan, but you cannot collect money on it.
Can you add automation beyond the built-in Wix emails?
Yes. I can connect n8n or similar tools for no-show follow-up, lead nurture or syncing bookings into your CRM. That sits in the Premium tier or as a custom offer.
