It's an AI that answers phone calls with a natural human-like voice. It understands what callers say, responds in real time, and can take actions like booking appointments or saving leads to your CRM — 24/7, without breaks.
Will the agent work with my existing calendar and CRM?
Yes. I integrate with Google Calendar, Cal.com, Calendly, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho and custom systems via API/webhooks. If your tool has an API, I can connect it.
Can I choose the voice and language?
Yes — you pick from premium ElevenLabs/Deepgram voices (male/female, different accents). English works best; Spanish, French, Arabic and other major languages are also supported.
Who pays for Vapi, Twilio and API usage?
You keep your own accounts (I set everything up in them), so you own everything and pay usage directly — typically $0.05–$0.15 per call minute. No hidden costs through me.
Can the agent make outbound calls?
Yes — in the Premium package I set up outbound campaigns (appointment reminders, lead follow-ups). Note: outbound calling must comply with your country's regulations.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Every package includes a handover video. Premium includes 2 weeks of support, and I offer monthly maintenance retainers if you want ongoing improvements.
