Master Coder
About this gig
Want an AI receptionist that answers every call 24/7, books appointments, and never misses a lead?
I build production-ready AI voice agents on Vapi that sound natural, understand callers, and take real actions in your business not just talk.
What your voice agent can do:
- Answer inbound calls 24/7 with a natural human-like voice
- Book & reschedule appointments in your calendar (Google Calendar, Cal.com, Calendly)
- Qualify leads and save them to your CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Answer FAQs about your business, prices and services
- Send WhatsApp/SMS/email follow-ups after calls
- Transfer complex calls to a human when needed
Why me and not a prompt-only seller?
I'm a full stack developer with 5 years of experience (APIs, webhooks, Laravel). Most sellers only write prompts I build integrations that make your agent useful: webhooks, database lookups, order status, n8n automations.
Tech stack: Vapi, OpenAI GPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Twilio, n8n
Every order includes prompt engineering, voice selection, real call testing + handover video.
Message me before ordering I'll recommend the right package for your business.

FAQ
What is a Vapi AI voice agent?
It's an AI that answers phone calls with a natural human-like voice. It understands what callers say, responds in real time, and can take actions like booking appointments or saving leads to your CRM — 24/7, without breaks.
Will the agent work with my existing calendar and CRM?
Yes. I integrate with Google Calendar, Cal.com, Calendly, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho and custom systems via API/webhooks. If your tool has an API, I can connect it.
Can I choose the voice and language?
Yes — you pick from premium ElevenLabs/Deepgram voices (male/female, different accents). English works best; Spanish, French, Arabic and other major languages are also supported.
Who pays for Vapi, Twilio and API usage?
You keep your own accounts (I set everything up in them), so you own everything and pay usage directly — typically $0.05–$0.15 per call minute. No hidden costs through me.
Can the agent make outbound calls?
Yes — in the Premium package I set up outbound campaigns (appointment reminders, lead follow-ups). Note: outbound calling must comply with your country's regulations.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Every package includes a handover video. Premium includes 2 weeks of support, and I offer monthly maintenance retainers if you want ongoing improvements.
