I only use assets - often Roblox assets. (Don't worry, I don't take assets from the Toolbox.)
Do you build buildings?
No, I don't build buildings. I can only leave flat areas for your buildings.
Can you create models like a campfire, tent, beach umbrella, swing, etc.?
No, I don't create models.
Can you work with PBR textures?

I ordered some terrain for a RP Game I will be working on, I gave them what I wanted and they delivered on time with perfect terrain, I needed a adjustment made that I failed to communicate to them before hand and after the initial delivery, I sent the revision in for it and they were super understanding...
