I will provide complete structural and civil engineering drawings

I handle structural work: foundations (spread, mat, pile), wood/steel/concrete framing, lateral systems (shear walls, braced and moment frames, diaphragms, collectors), connections, rebar, retaining walls. Codes: IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, NDS.

Civil: site grading, cut/fill, utilities (sanitary, storm, water, gas), erosion control, detention ponds, hydrology, paving (asphalt, concrete), traffic plans.

MEP: HVAC loads and duct layouts, electrical (panels, lighting, fire alarm), plumbing (sanitary, venting, water, gas). Using IMC, NEC, IPC.

Architectural: floor plans, elevations, sections, door/window schedules, egress, fire ratings.

Geotechnical: soil bearing capacity, foundation type, settlement, slope stability (from your lab data).

Output: DWG + PDF files plus calculations. Process: you provide survey, sketches, existing drawings, geotech data. I produce draft, revise, final set.
