Do I need a Shopify account before ordering?
Yes. The store and subscription must belong to you. If you do not have an account yet, I can guide you through the initial setup.
Can you redesign an existing Shopify store?
Yes. I can improve an existing store, customize its theme or rebuild specific pages. Please message me first so I can review the current store and confirm the scope.
Do you write custom Shopify Liquid code?
Yes. I can create or modify Shopify sections, blocks and theme functionality using Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Complex features may require a custom offer.
Will my store be mobile friendly?
Yes. Every package includes responsive implementation and testing across desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Can you install and configure Shopify apps?
Yes. I can configure agreed apps for reviews, bundles, upsells, email marketing, tracking and other functionality. Paid subscriptions are purchased by the client.
Do you provide premium Shopify themes?
I can work with free or premium themes. Any premium theme must be legally purchased and provided by the client. I do not provide unlicensed themes.
Do you guarantee sales?
No developer can guarantee sales. I use solid ecommerce, UX and conversion-focused practices, but results also depend on your products, offer, pricing, traffic and marketing.

Shopify projects vary significantly. A quick message allows me to review your requirements and confirm the correct package, scope and timeline before we begin.
What do you need from me to get started?
I need Shopify collaborator access, your brand assets, product information, copy, images, reference websites and a list of required pages, apps and functionality.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes within the originally approved scope. New pages, features or a different design direction may require an extra or custom offer.
