FAQ
Do I need a TrainingPeaks account?
Yes. A free TrainingPeaks athlete account is sufficient for me to deliver and manage your training plan.
How often will my plan be adjusted?
Basic includes a weekly review and necessary weekly adjustments. Standard and Premium include more frequent reviews and adjustments.
Are video calls included?
No. Communication is written through Fiverr and TrainingPeaks, allowing clear feedback without scheduling calls.
Can you coach me without a power meter?
Yes. Training can be prescribed using power, heart rate or perceived exertion, depending on your available equipment.
Can I continue after the first four weeks?
Yes. Four weeks is the first training block. Meaningful cycling progress requires a sustainable, consistent process, so longer-term coaching is strongly recommended.
