What do I need to get started?
First and foremost, you'll need a clear and finalized name for your business or brand. From there, simply submit your design requirements through the provided form, or feel free to send me a message before placing an order if you have any questions or concerns. I'm here to help!
What if the information I must provide is confidential?
According to the Terms of Service, sellers are required to maintain all information in strict confidence, not disclose it to any third parties, and not use it for any purpose except delivering the ordered work.
Do you use color in your designs?
Yes! I prioritize meeting your unique needs and exceeding your expectations. Color is an important aspect of design and I'm happy to work with you to create a color scheme that perfectly captures your brand.
What languages do you speak?
I speak both English and Spanish, and I'm happy to communicate with you in whichever language you prefer.
What about the ownership of the design I receive?
Upon purchase, the buyer will receive all intellectual property rights for the approved artwork. Full payment is required for transfer of intellectual property. If an order is canceled, the copyrights remain with the seller.
Can I receive the copyrights and deliverables for more than one logo?
The final delivery includes one approved logo, as per the Terms of Service. Additional files can be purchased as an add-on. You don't need to pay for add-ons if you request variations to the approved logo.
What is a 3D Mockup? Why do I need it?
A 3D mockup is a three-dimensional representation of your design on a real-life object. It can help you to visualize how your logo will look on different mediums such as merchandise, signage, websites, and more. 3D mockups can provide a realistic and professional presentation for your brand.
Wait! a 3D Logo and a 3D Mockup are different things?
A 3D logo is a design that has a three-dimensional appearance, while a 3D mockup is a digital rendering of how your logo would look in real life, such as on a business card or building sign. Both are important for showcasing your brand, but serve different purposes in the design process.
What does include your Social Media Kit?
The Social Media Kit includes logo adaptations to fit dimensions and specs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and Youtube. It does not include custom post templates.
