I will automate your marketing reports with n8n and ai dashboards

About this gig
Most "AI for your business" pitches are vague. This one isn't.
I build small, purpose-built tools that automate ONE specific painful
workflow the repetitive thing your team does every week that drains
hours. Not a chatbot. A real tool with a real pipeline behind it.
- Daily 8am AI-generated morning briefing pulls from calendar + inbox + structured data, writes a personal-voice digest
- Google Drive file-watcher that syncs new files into a database via API
- Custom decision-support web app (Express + React + SQLite) with auth, evaluation logic, offer-review workflow
How I work:
- MAP diagnose your workflow, trigger, inputs/outputs, edge cases
- BUILD custom app + n8n + Claude, deployed on Railway/Fly.io/your infra
- SHIP documented, monitored, handed over with code + Loom walkthrough
Tech: Node.js/Express, Python/Flask, React, SQLite/Postgres, n8n
(Gmail/Drive/Outlook/Anthropic nodes), Claude API, Railway/Fly.io hosting,
GitHub Actions CI.
Message me with the repetitive thing eating your team's week. I'll send back the smallest tool that removes it.

FAQ
Do I need my own Claude API key?
Yes for ongoing use. A typical small-business workload runs $5–$30/month on Anthropic. I'll guide you through setup and pick the most cost-effective model that hits the quality bar.
Will the automations run without me touching them?
Yes. n8n runs in n8n Cloud or self-hosted; your app runs on Railway or similar. Both are set-and-forget once deployed, with error notifications so you know if anything breaks.
Is this overkill for a small business?
If your team is under 5 people, Basic is the right entry point. The workflows I automate typically save 5–15 hours/week — payback is usually 1–2 months.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Production guardrails: validation rules that flag anomalies, manual-review queues, audit logs, and the original input always archived. I build the same safety net I use in my own tools.
Will I be able to maintain it after delivery?
Yes. The stack is intentionally simple (Express/Flask + SQLite, vanilla n8n) — any junior developer can pick it up. You get the code, deployment credentials, and a recorded walkthrough.
Can you build it on my existing systems (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, etc.)?
Yes — n8n has 400+ integrations. As long as your tool has an API or webhook, I can wire to it.
