I will provide technical bag engineering and production ready backpack tech packs

About this gig
A bag that looks good on paper but fails at the shoulder straps is a liability, not a product."
Are you tired of receiving samples from factories that look "off," feel flimsy, or collapse under weight? Most designers give you a pretty sketch. I give you an Industrial Engineering Dossier.
As an Electronics & Industrial Engineer, I don't just "draw" bags, I engineer them for load-bearing durability, ergonomic comfort, and seamless manufacturing. I bridge the gap between your vision and the factory floor, ensuring your first sample is your best sample.

FAQ
Will my factory understand your technical drawings?
Yes. I provide Standardized Industrial Blueprints. My tech packs use universal manufacturing symbols, ISO-standard callouts for stitching, and precise orthographic views. Whether your factory is in Vietnam, China, or Portugal, they will receive a 'Zero-Guesswork' document that eliminates the languag
How do you ensure the straps won't rip under heavy loads?
As an engineer, I perform a Load-Bearing Analysis on every design. I don't just mark where the strap goes; I specify the exact reinforcement method—such as Box-X stitching, bar-tacks, or internal webbing headers—based on the bag's intended volume and weight capacity
Can you help me choose the right fabric (Denier) and hardware?
Absolutely. A bag's durability depends on the marriage of fabric and hardware. I specify materials based on performance—whether you need 1000D Cordura for abrasion resistance or Ripstop Nylon for weight savings. I also provide exact specs for YKK zippers and Duraflex hardware in the Bill of Material
Do you include the internal 'X-Ray' views?
Yes. One of the biggest mistakes in bag design is ignoring the 'insides.' Every Tech Pack includes an Internal Architecture Map showing lining construction, pocket depths, padded laptop sleeve dimensions, and seam finishing (like bias binding) to ensure a premium interior.
Can you design for 'Smart' or Electronic-Integrated bags?
This is my specialty. Leveraging my Electronics Engineering background, I can engineer dedicated compartments for power banks, internal cable routing paths, and shock-absorption housing for drones or sensitive camera gear, ensuring your tech stays safe and organized.
