About Me
I am Syed Imtiaz Hussain, a math tutor with 35+ years of teaching since 1990. I teach IGCSE, GCSE, O Level, Edexcel, and Grade 10 exam preparation, in English and Urdu.
How I Work
First, I check past performance and find where marks were lost. Second, I teach exam method: read carefully, show full working, and check the answer. Third, we practise under time pressure, learning which questions to attempt first. Fourth, parents get a weekly progress update.
What You Get
A typical lesson reviews one past question, learns the method for that question type, practises similar questions, and finishes with a timed check. This gig is tutoring and practice only. I do not complete homework, live exams, or graded assignments.

Which exams do you cover for past paper practice?
This gig covers IGCSE, GCSE, O Level, Edexcel, and Grade 10 exams.
Do you use past papers in lessons?
Yes. We practise past paper style questions. We focus on method, working, and time management.
How do you start with a new student?
We start with a diagnostic lesson. We review past performance if papers are available. Then I make a simple exam practice plan.
How long is each lesson?
The Basic package is one 45 minute diagnostic lesson. The Standard package is 4 lessons of 60 minutes each. The Premium package is 8 lessons of 60 minutes each.
Do you teach on Zoom or Google Meet?
Both. The student can choose Zoom or Google Meet.
What time zone do you use for availability?
Availability is stated in Pakistan time (PKT). Please message me to confirm a time that works for your family.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. There is a free 15 minute intro call. You can meet me. You can ask questions. You can discuss your child's exam needs.
How will I know how my child is doing?
You get a weekly progress update. It covers what was practised. It covers what improved. It covers what still needs work.
What should my child bring to a lesson?
Your child should bring recent test papers if available. Your child should bring school notes. A notebook and pen help a lot.
Do you complete exams or graded work for students?
No. This is tutoring and practice only. I do not complete homework, live exams, or graded assignments for a student.
