I will model your house structure using wood framing system, providing an initial structural volumetric concept for the project. This model can support design, planning, quantity takeoffs, and can also be used for rendering or animation purposes.

I will model everything following industry standards, as well as the plans, details, and specifications you provide.

Please note: this 3D file is not for construction and must be reviewed by a structural engineer if used for that purpose.

The 3D model includes:

• Floor system
• Truss or Rafter roof
• OSB/Plywood, insulation, cladding and any sheet board material modeling (extra)

All components are properly organized and grouped in layers, making it easy for you to view and edit them in SketchUp.
